Returns & Exchanges Policy

We operate in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

1. In-stock items

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days after delivery if:

• the item has not been used;

• original condition is preserved;

• packaging and order confirmation are available.

📦 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

2. Custom-made products

Items made to order (engraving, personalization, custom specifications):

❗ are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Order confirmation means full agreement with all product details.

3. Defects or errors

If the item is defective or does not match the order:

• we will replace it or issue a refund;

• shipping costs are covered by us.

4. Procedure

• reason for request

Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after receiving the item.
