VSL STUDIO store operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Before placing an order, the customer must review the product description, materials, and size details.

1. In-stock items

The customer has the right to exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the following requirements are met:

  • the item has not been used;
  • the item’s original appearance, completeness, and packaging are preserved;
  • there are no mechanical damages, signs of use, or foreign odors.

Exchange or return is not available if:

  • the item has been used;
  • it was damaged due to the customer’s fault;
  • it shows signs of individual alteration after purchase.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs for returning a product of proper quality are paid by the customer.

2. Custom orders (made-to-measure / made-to-order)

Items made according to the customer’s individual parameters (size, color, hardware, design, personalization) are NOT eligible for exchange or return, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Custom orders include:

  • items made in non-standard sizes;
  • items made according to the customer’s personal requests;
  • any modified or unique items.

Exception:

If a manufacturing defect is discovered and confirmed by the VSL STUDIO workshop, the item will be:

  • repaired or re-sewn at the workshop’s expense, or
  • replaced with an identical item.

3. How to request an exchange or return

To request an exchange or return, please contact VSL STUDIO and provide:

  • your order number;
  • the reason for your request;
  • photos of the item (if needed).

The decision regarding exchange, return, or repair is made after the item is inspected.
